Guarantee Policy and Livestock Terms and Conditions
We strive to give you the best quality there is. When you
purchase from ReefCave you can buy with confidence. We work hard to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of your animals. We provide constant care and evaluation of our
livestock to ensure it meets our highest standards, as well as yours.
- If in the unlikely event that your specimen/s
arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will need a clear digital picture of the specimen
within 2 hours of delivery (Send to Admin@reefcave.com). Once we receive the digital photos, we will
only give credit towards future orders minus the shipping cost. We do not give
refunds. This credit is only valid for 6 months.
- Please do not discard the specimen without
ReefCave authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. We may ask for you to
ship the coral/s back. Keep the specimen
in a freezer to avoid smell or rot.
- ReefCave is not responsible for errors in
acclimation, dipping, and general care. See our Acclimation Guide.
- We will only hold coral for up to a week once
payment has been received. We will not be responsible for corals after a week.
- We do not guarantee compatibility, regarding
fish that eat, or nip at coral/s.
- The package must be accepted and signed for on
its first delivery attempt, if not it will void the warranty.
- Charge backs for the entire shipment including
shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for
- If in the unlikely event that you need to return
an item, it must be sent back with an RMA number given to you by us.
- We do not refund or credit any shipping costs
- Guarantee is void if you refuse delivery of your
order, or if no one is available to receive the package.
- ReefCave is not responsible for weather or
mechanical delays from the shipping companies.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses
- We will only ship weather permitting. We do not ship if the destination is below freezing.
- We do not guarantee replacement coral/s.
- Any orders you wish to cancel must be cancelled
within 24 hours after placing your order and there will be a 15% order processing
fee for adding the items back to the site.
